Order Process

  1. Browse our products and add your favorites to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your details.
  3. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • To start a return, please contact us at returns@ppsliving.com for return instructions.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
